All Silicone Foley Catheters offer Latex-free alternative for indwelling catheters.

Same as Bard 806522 Bardia 22 French Silicone Foley Catheters.

For those who are allergic to natural rubber latex.

Non-Lubricated or Uncoated Foley catheters may require lubricating jelly for insertion.

Features a standard tip and 2 opposing eyes.

This is a Two-way Foley Catheter that is inserted into the bladder to drain out urine.

It is Called 2-Way because this catheter has 2 connectors at the Urethra End- One Connector works as a drainage port and helps in draining urine, this connector end is always attached to a Leg Bag or Drainage bag.

The Other connector is only a balloon inflation valve that is used to inflate the retention balloon so that the catheter does not fall out of the bladder.

The Other end of the catheter goes inside the Bladder and has 2 Opposing Drainage Eyes and a 5mL Retention balloon.

Once Inflated, Retention balloon prevents the catheter from falling out of the bladder.

Silcone Foley Catheters should be changed Every 60 to 90 Days.
