Return Policy

Taking Care of you is our Top Priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

Items must be returned in New, Unused and Resalable Condition, and in its Original Packaging. Return Shipping Costs will be at customer's expense. MedOnTheGo offers Free Shipping therefore, if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your Return Refund.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value

Some items are Non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene Reasons, these include Hernia Briefs, Commodes, Toilet Safety Frames, Bathroom Safety Products, Incontinence Products, Diabetes Care Products, Infection Control products such as Masks, and all those items that are clearly mentioned in their Product description as Non-Returnable.

All other items must be New, Unused, in their Original Packaging and in Resalable condition. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event you want to return an item.

Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Please note that if you return a product that had Free Shipping, our Actual Inbound Shipping costs will be deducted from your Return Refund, if MedontheGo.com issues a Call Tag to pick these up from your facility. Or you will have to return the Product back to us at Your Expense. In Either Case, the cost of Return Shipment will be borne by the Customer. The Product being Defective, will be the Only Exception to this rule.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Here's how to return something ...

Step 1

All returns must be authorized by the Customer Service Department and must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a RA number. Simply send us an email at info@MedontheGo.com or call us at 1.800.430.2426 to obtain a RA Number or start a return online.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: Customer name, Invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not be refunded since packages without RA number are difficult to trace.

Step 2

If you paid for the purchase with a Credit card or Paypal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received and checked by our staff.

If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days to receive your refund check from MedontheGo.com from the time we receive the returned product.

Step 3

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate MedontheGo.com warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Please make sure that your package has a tracking number and can be tracked online.

Step 4

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by MedontheGo.com, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will issue you a complete Refund plus the cost to ship the product back to us.

Refund Policy

All Refunds are processed within 30 days, once the returned product has been received at our warehouse in Re-salable condition.

Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are Not Refundable.

Terms & Policies

These policies supersede all our previous policies appearing on all of our web sites and are in effect for purchases made after August 1 2010.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. MedontheGo.com is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

Footrests or Leg rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

Pictures of items shown on our web site do not imply that all items/accessories shown in the picture are included with the Product or within the Product Price. Most accessories unless specified otherwise, are available as Optional only and should be purchased separately. Please read the description carefully to check what all items are included with the Product.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by MedontheGo.com for credit, exchange or repair, at MedontheGo.com's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.

All defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by MedontheGo.com for Repair or Replacement only, at MedontheGo.com's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

Some Non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by MedontheGo.com are subject to a Re-stocking fee of up to 10%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns that have to be redirected to MedontheGo.com warehouse locations.

Certain products such as Raised toilet seats, Commodes, Erection aids, cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.

Due to manufacturers' return policies, Titanium wheelchairs, Custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to MedontheGo.com for repairs only - No refunds or Exchanges will be made at any time
