For All shipments within the United States, If the Shipping charges charged at the time of ordering are not enough to cover the shipping costs, MedontheGo.com reserves the right to charge the customer, the balance amount to cover the shipping costs.
All Standard Ground Shipping orders (for the 48 Contiguous States) placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped the same day, subject to prior credit approval. Our trained staff, large inventory and coast-to-coast distribution centers guarantee prompt delivery.
To determine how much shipping charges will apply to your order, simply enter your Zip/ Postal code in the "Calculate Shipping Field" on View Cart page and click the Calculate Shipping button. You will able to view all the different shipping choices along with their cost before proceeding.

Standard Ground Shipping Charges
Our Standard Ground Shipping charges are based on the Order Amount and most orders ship for the following amounts:
$0.00- $24.99 = $7.95 for shipping
$25.00- $49.99 = $8.95 for shipping
$50.00 - $74.99= $9.95 for shipping
$75.00- $98.99= $12.95 for shipping
$99.00 + = Free Shipping**
Standard Ground Shipping charges apply to the 48 Contiguous States Only.
*Our "$99 and More Free Shipping offer" Does Not Apply to All items our website. Large, Bulky and Heavy Items such as Diapers, Pads, Saline Solutions, Sterile Water and Sharps Containers will be charged Shipping as these are "Mandatory Freight Items".
Please note that Certain Manufacturer's do not participate with us on Free Shipping. Those items will have the Regular Shipping Charge as well.

Expedited Shipping Charges
MedontheGo.com offers Faster/Expedited Shipping via FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2nd Day, UPS and US Postal Service Priority Mail.
There are No state shipping restrictions on Expedited Shipping but bulky items cannot be shipped.
Expedited Shipping amounts are based on the Dimensional Weight of the package. Dimensional weight is a billing technique which takes into account the Length, Width, and Height dimensions of a package, thereby, establishing a minimum charge for the cubic space a package occupies in the aircraft.
Please note that Shipping charges are estimates only and can vary depending on the weight of the items ordered or the fact that the items need to be shipped from more than one warehouse Or the items ordered are big or bulky that need truck or lift gate truck delivery or based on the fact that the order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the other non-contiguous states and territories
In all these cases we will inform you if there is any problem in Expedited shipping or if the shipping charges you paid are not enough to cover our actual shipping costs.
We will complete your order only after we receive your approval for the Extra Shipping Charge.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 24 hours. However, order processing time is dependent on several factors, including: the inventory status of the items you have selected, the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble all the items for shipment.
Special order items may take up to 10 business days before we are able to ship them to you.
Orders for multiple items can take longer to assemble. If you would like to see the status of your order, please go to the Order Status Page You will have to log in to use this feature.
Please note that Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Order Delivery Time. Order Processing Time is how long it takes for an order to be processed before it is shipped.
Order Delivery Time is how long it takes for an item to be delivered once it has been shipped. Order Delivery Time will depend on the Shipping method selected at the time of Checkout.
Tracking your Order
Once your Order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Your Shipping Confirmation email has your order details and the Tracking Number for your package. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please go to the Order Status Page where you will find your order tracking number.
Once you have your tracking number, you may go to the appropriate carrier's website to see where your package is.

Shipping Delays/Canceled Orders
Your order can run into Shipping delays or get Cancelled for the following reasons:
- If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card. (Billing Address is the address at which you receive your Credit Card or Debit Card statements and it might be different from your Ship To Address.
- If you did not give us the proper CVV code from the back of your credit card. (CVV code is the 3 Digit code that is located on the back of your Master VISA and Discover Cards. On American Express Cards, it is a 4 Digit Code and is located on the Front of the Card on the Right-Hand side.)
- If you are Shipping to a different address than your Billing address.
- If you supply an Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping address, for example, if the address is missing the apartment/Suite number.
- If you are paying with a Non-US Bank Credit card.
- If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address or is not working number.
- If we are unable to electronically validate your billing information.
- If an item goes out of stock at the warehouse, is on backorder from our supplier, or has been discontinued.
We stock thousands of products and strive to deliver all orders complete the first time. However, if for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of order, or is temporarily unavailable from the manufacturer, we backorder the item and ship it to you, free of charge, as soon as the items are back in stock in our warehouse, or ship from another distribution center, if available.
Therefore, if you receive a partial order, please be assured that the remaining items are on their way. However, you do have the option to cancel a back ordered item at any time by calling us at 1.800.430.2426 or sending us an email at [email protected]
Please check all contents of your shipment and read the Packing slip before discarding the box.
If your shipping confirmation indicates that the missing item was not shipped, your item is on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as they become available. Unless your back-ordered item has already been shipped, you may cancel anytime for a full refund.
If your shipping confirmation indicates that the item was shipped but it is not in the box, report the problem to us immediately at 1.800.430.2426
If you received a wrong item or an item that is damaged, please call us immediately at 1.800.430.2426. We will send you the correct item or issue you a complete refund.
We may occasionally run out of particular items. In those cases, we will offer via email to substitute these items with identical products of equal or greater value. We will not ship you the Substitute or Replacement product, without your verbal or written approval.
If your order does not arrive within 15 business days after being shipped, it may be lost. Orders shipped via Standard Ground Shipping such as FedEx or UPS will always have tracking information available under the My Account and Order Status button. Please check to see if this information is available and read through the following options:
If Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your family members or neighbors if they picked it up. Most Carriers leave packages at your doorstep, a building manager, or somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, at your back door or even behind bushes. Please look again.
If you were not home when the carrier attempted to deliver the package, there will be a note on your door either saying that the carrier will re-attempt delivery or that the package is awaiting pick up at your local carrier facility. Please take appropriate action. Most carriers attempt delivery 3 times before a package is Returned to the Shipper.
We will Not Refund or Replace lost packages that the carrier has indicated as Delivered.
If Tracking information indicates the package is Undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us after several attempts to deliver the package to you, or if the address is incorrect, the package is considered an undeliverable package and will be returned to us automatically. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
Please note that in all such cases, Shipping and Handling charges will Not be Refundable.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address: MedontheGo.com will not be responsible if you supplied an incorrect or incomplete Shipping Address at the time of order, and your package has been lost as a result. Therefore, please confirm your Shipping Address always.
Please note that you will be charged for shipping and handling on order deliveries that are refused or returned undeliverable due to an insufficient address.
We will issue a Refund only if the Package has been safely returned to us.
If No Tracking information is available: It's more than likely that your package has been lost. We can begin to track lost orders once 7 business days have passed since the date of shipment. Please call us at 1.800.430.2426 if you think your package has been lost or no Tracking information is available.
