Or you can just add Regular Table Salt or Baking Soda or Epsom Salt to Warm Water and it makes up a Soothing Solution. Please make sure that you use Non-Iodized Salt though. Doctors often recommend adding Povidone-Iodine Solution to the water because it has Anti-Bacterial Properties.
